First of all i was intrigued after putting on my blog and writing what I call the 40 year syndrome . that on the BBC world service they were talking just what i had been writing about. Over the last 40 years how we have managed to grow and kill what is the very thing that supports us. The forests and the sea. Sadly the problems lies not for the greed of lack of food. its the greed for richness and money.
the world has always had stock piles of food reserves to keep prices up.in rice flower and in the meat industry. if you touch that stock you ged find by political authorities that govern the prices.
Next is people will not change.
Like the trying to educate people to stop throwing rubbish . cigarette ends plastics anything out of their car window. litter every where. Do they care NO! As they are so blind to the fact of how bad it is. More media and more public notice and vocal notice must be done.
The Same with FOOD!
we eat to much . unnecessary waste food abuse food. Food throwing and who can eat the most , Crazy and disrespectful to those who cannot afford a bowl of rice
Everyone had become greedy and still feel that world starvation and calamity will not happen in our (their) time , well wake up ! its now and the next 10 years. not 40 .
All these food markets and supermarkets, stupid sell by dates that force the consumer blindly throwing out good food.
Public awareness of the truth must be in-forced if we are to survive and not let SI fi become true .
